My Story

Welcome to my journey as a Learning Experience Designer!

My passion lies in creating immersive and engaging learning experiences that not only meet learning objectives but also spark inspiration and drive in learners to reach their full potential. I thrive on developing innovative learning tools and methods, always pushing the boundaries of traditional education to provide students with dynamic and interactive experiences. From utilizing Virtual Reality to designing captivating course content, I am dedicated to making learning an exciting and transformative journey for every student.

One of the highlights of my career has been leading the charge in implementing Virtual Reality as an immersive learning tool in online courses. This innovative leap has allowed me to break away from traditional learning methods, offering students dynamic and interactive experiences that deepen their understanding and retention of course material. It’s been a game-changer!

But my role doesn’t stop at content creation. I've also embraced the role of a facilitator, conducting weekly training sessions for faculty to elevate their online teaching skills. These sessions have been a fantastic platform to share best practices and build a community of educators dedicated to delivering outstanding learning experiences.

Before diving into the world of instructional design, I served as an Academic Advising Manager at Aspen University. In this role, I guided students through their academic journeys, which ingrained in me a profound appreciation for personalized support and its pivotal role in student success.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I’m a proud father of three amazing children. My two oldest daughters are thriving in high school—one is a theater enthusiast, while the other shines as a runner and athlete. My youngest son is a competitive hockey player, and supporting their interests brings me immense joy and fulfillment.

Throughout my career, I've stayed committed to collaboration and continuous improvement, regularly reviewing course content to ensure its quality and relevance. My ultimate goal is to empower learners with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their academic and professional pursuits.
